All right, I made the announcement in the Sandblast thread, so here is the Magnum Opus thread.

RallyMoto will be running at Magnum Opus. Here are the basics

    Date: June 21, 2014
Location: Newberry, Michigan (about 1 hr North of the Mac Bridge)

Hoping for about 90 stage miles, over 12 stages. Plan for at least 1-2 stages to be run in the dark, so bring lights. :evil

Road conditions will consist of everything. Hard pack sand base, hard black dirt, firm sand with gravel base. Stages are mostly 1.5 lanes wide down to some tight 2 track. Basically a little bit of everything.

Hoping to have deatils updated, to include the RallyMoto, and posted on the event web site this week. Registration is now open on the NASA web site.

Gonna be a bitch watching after having a rocking time at Sandblast :cry

Bill, it was good chatting with you. Glad you had a good time at SB. I'd love to do Magnum Opus but it's the wrong time of the year for me. Maybe I can clear a couple things and come play.

No both the romping rally's are in May but it does overlap the Dacre up here in Ontario. Just deciding what one to do now. 800km off road in 16-18 hours straight or ballz out racing on closed roads. This is a hard decision to make though. :cry

    Guys,

It was just brought to my attention that the entry fee schedule was incorrect, on the event registration page, on the NASA web site.

Early entry should be $250, not the listed $350.

    Early Entry Fee March 1, 2014 $250
    Regular Entry Fee April 1, 2014 $300
    Late Entry Fee June 6, 2014 $350

It has been corrected. Sorry about that

Sweet. To save folks the research, those are the same fees as the uber-popular Sandblast Rally we just had last week. :D

RallyBill - any chance of extending the early entry fee for moto riders? It might help drive interest and first time event participants...

Any chance you could change the dates so I could make both Dacre and Magnum Opus? :deal

Wish these two weren't overlapping. I will be at magnum opus for sure next year.
