This is a short picture - report of our last trip in September 2011. ( I was not shure were to post , is it better in the day trip section or here in the Ride Report section???. It is my first RR.) we had only 14 days off and we decided to visit the pyrenees in France, Spain and Andorra. A few days without bike in barcelona and a short visit at the costa brava, but later more, if you want. sorry for my english,, i will do my very best............ Day 1 , first pic................ here are the the bikes and the riders............. the area nice small roads and small villages.... our home for a few days the weather was great and the temperatures were about 30 c , which is about 86 F, after 200 KM on small roads for the first day we enjoyed the evening here day one was a good start and lets see whats on day 2 but first................. one of this.............. Were going on with day 2 Today we want to visit Sournia and ride the road of "Gorges du Galamus" in the Pyrénées Orientales. Its a fantastic small road with a lot of nice views take a look at some pics.......................... More to come this evening........... Thanks for looking and the nice comments.
Ok , were going to day 3 and it is a day for a short trip in the closer area of Eus. This is the view from forca real.......... Nice small roads and you have spectacular view from here. They have good vine also there http://www.pokform.com/forcareal/ And it was still every day about 30 c ( 86 f ) , exelent weather conditions, sunny and always perfect roads! But with all the gear in the sun sometimes also to warm.............. Have a rest and a little salad and bread. On the way back to our perfect Hotel! Day 4 we are going to Barcelona by car, we want to visit without any stress and enjoy............... Some pics of Barcelona and the coast later, befor we go back, for another week to the Pyreneees! thx for listening )
Now we have 3 days in Barcelona and 2 days at the coast, befor we go back. The Bikes are safe and we are going to visit the town.......... We rented a small house on a campground at the coast and use the shuttle bus. Here are some pics of Barcelona................... the beach.... Tapas !!! we love it........... After three nice days in Barcelona we are on our way back to the bikes, we stayd again at the coast. This is Cadaques. Nice views........... Nobody's at home................ So, here we go again. Another few days to ride! Happy to be back in the Pyrenees. 1955 Meter , which is about 6414 feet and here are the temperatures perfect for our riding gear. .
Nice roads on our way to Andorra .Only a short brake to fuell in Andorra, to many traffic and shopping................. . Strong and very warm winds here .................... More pics to come soon!
