New tag; an abnormally large address...

I saw an abnormal address today....in my truck....en route from work to wear I am training this week. Unfortunately, I won't be taking that route again, nor do I have the time to make a 50 mile drive into a 90 mile commute to snag it again.

Some of you city folk have got to have one of these in a few mile's reach.

Is 10,092 an abnormally large address?
