I'll be watching, always hoping Greg can pull another rabbit out of his hat.

Ive watched him go up at the tiny track in Auburn CA,hes good at schooling the locals although Janniro is always fun to watch.

Ryan! Thats good hes gone on to Europe,he was quite the rising star in US Speedway but I wasnt sure what he was up to.

I guess growing up racing on these tiny tracks in the US is not so bad,I only wish there were more tracks around.

a few seasons back he was a freaking hero with the Edingburgh Monarchs in leading them to the Premier league title. he also did some races in premier league with the swindon sparrows.

He also helped get our world cup team to the Semi's if I recall correctly.

I predict we will see him in some GP qualifiers soon as long as they dont interfere with his contract.

4th is last in a speedway race. He was doing well for an old guy, and got a win from the 3rd gate which was impressive. 4th gate was a bad place to be and few did anything from it.

Well,an old guy who was World Champ not very long ago,Greg simply loves his racing and doesnt want to quit till he decides its time.

He always puts on a show when he comes home to race in the US.

Kind of a shame here,as soon as a guy gets real good, hes gone to Europe and been that way a long time, hard to grow a sport like that.

Fast for an old guy, shit, dude was 2011 world champ. He's no slouch. And fourth out of the top 18 in the world, at 40+ yrs old, dudes my hero.

Fisher is definitely fast, and is finally back in the elite league. A lot of times, as was the case with fisher, the boys get to Europe, and are overwhelmed by the track change, and moreso the demanding schedule. It's good to see him back in top form, and I look forward to watching the progress.

Yes, when the guys go to Europe, it sucks for the American speedway, but that's where the money is, and if our boys can go contend on the world stage, I'm into it.

When they come home for the national, it's one hell of a show.

I have talked to and shaken the hand of Ivan mauger, Barry Briggs etc. what they did was ridiculous, however, it was a completely different game then. They had to be good on one night, not 13 nights in a series. one of my parts suppliers for work rode with mauger on the Newcastle diamonds and said he was like nobody else that had swung a leg over a bike.

You can't discredit a 2 time world champ for getting 4th in the main, at 42 yrs of age. Hell, pedersen, gollob, and Hancock are the 3 oldest people there, and all 3 were in the main. My hats off to them. Still getting it done and showing the youngsters how to do it.

Didn't you read my post? I said he did pretty well for an old guy, just what you are saying there. But 4th is last with zero points.
