Tire repair kit: how to use it

It didn't come with any instructions. Does anybody have any idea how to use it?

plugs will work well on 6 ply tires, questionable on 4 ply. I assume you are running tubeless?

I think you would be better off with a small electric compressor rather then CO2 cartages. Likely is would take up less space too.
