Nope, what you can see is the 2 zorst ports from one cylinder / 4 valve head going into the single oval header.

AT 7.18 when installing the "what ever it is"...... The way the piece 'snaps' into place I believe is what causes bikes to have a common problem at a certain mileage down the road, be it a leaking o-ring or a sliver of metal shaved off causing a blockage somewhere in the motor or even a crack on it's flange. This is where TSB's come from. That component should be installed square into the bore.
I can't say for sure but the industry standard seems to be WOT at least 2X to make sure engine performance is within the design parameters.

Don't know for KTM but the Ducati factory does, we stood there watching them in their booth, crack it open and watch the computer, they explained it must reach a certain level to pass. That is to finish of the electrical work to ensure the smoke stays in the wire
