Wow, that's pricy! Flanders used to make crash bars like that in the '70s but they weren't that kind of money.

They are indeed boxertoko/boxersupplies crash bars. Originally modelled in about 2005 after a pair I had on my former R90S, and for the life of me I can't remember which make those were... I have the faint idea there was a Krauser sticker on them but I'm really doubting that thought.

I have a pair of the Krauser bars that don't fit my 78 r100/7, they must be for the bikes with the older style valve covers. These are new old stock if anybody needs them ($100) they are black.

Valve covers shouldn't make a difference in fitting these style bars. I don't know what could keep the bars from working. These bars were only made for after 1970's bikes, right? In other words they wouldn't be /2 bars, would they?

In what way do they not fit your /7?

They hit the valve cover on left side. They are not bent and look fine. I had a set on my old R90 and liked them. Wanted to mount them on my R100, but they don't fit. I have stared at these bars for a long time trying to figure out why they don't work. If anyon else wants to try......
