45 deg F here. Cleaned the ice and junk off the driveway.

I may have to take the bike for a spin...:ricky

EDIT: went down to BP motorsports and got the new MMM mag. Then back up through Shakopee. Saw only one HD rider out.

I thought maybe you'd go and get the tag. Someone will go and nab that soon, I expect.

Definitely a sense of the doom coming to an end today. It was warm enough to hand wash my truck in the driveway today and wash the garage floor in it's stall. With gas prices rising, it may sit there for a while unless I really need it.

Does anyone here have any experience with a Twin Cities-based powder coater? I have a set of wheels for another car that I need to get done before spring. I have a few places to call tomorrow to get rough quotes.

I have selected a St. Cloud outfit for my upcoming powder coating needs.

I've been speaking to them and like what I am hearing and seeing.

A bit far for you maybe.

I need to wait for someone to nab it so I can start nabbing again.
Hurry, you will be the first to tag for 2014!

Thanks I will give them a call as well. I would prefer to not drive that far if I do not have to. A little savings in the work would still eat up a lot of gas money.

Look, I put it by you all and it sat all winter! Lol
I have a 198 mile radius run for you all planned!

I went out and got tags in previous winters. On a motorcycle, not a trike. :deal

I have nothing to prove on that score any more. Unless I do a Delta Diner run in the cold, then I'll go on about it a lot.

Bring it. Me, LSGiant and pmd will duke it out for it.

Well, pmd will probably just go and get it, and I'll wait for the follow up.

EDIT: 200 mile range is now back in play. :clap

Yea, but I did it on a backwards trike! Lol.
Just another way to keep the adventure going all year.

Seeing Cagers face when they realize I was not a Sledhead coming down the road. Priceless!

Anyone else signed up for any of the Team Strange GT's this year? I signed up for all 4 anniversary GT's. :huh

Not sure why. I probably won't make much effort on the baseball stadiums one, but I'll try and complete the other 3 anyway.

I'm getting all excited what with the DOOM fading away.

I know, I know - we'll get a bit more snow yet, but this is a great step forward.

Should have most of the electrickery complete on T2 this next weekend.

The All Hockey Hair team has been announced. As a follicle-challenged individual, I enjoy the chance to live vicariously through our youth.

I'll look into that as well, but damn they are expensive!

    http://www.uspassporthelpguide.com/passport-fee/

I emailed the DMV and here is what they said...

Thank you for contacting Driver and Vehicle Services.
Yes, you would pay a duplicate license fee $15.75 along with the EDL fee of $15.00.
    Sincerely,
    Colleen

So if you want a EDL NOW you have to pay for a duplicate plus the $15 fee.

    FYI :1drink

I went to the DMV and they said there are more loops to run through for getting the expanded DL then there are for a passport. If you're going through all the trouble …. get the passport.

Hey Scott, when are you off to Texas with your bike. Is that this week?

Yep. Picking up a trailer from HBL on Friday to use for the week. Going to get some miles in between March 17th and the 20th. Probably no full day trips on the bike but just enough to scratch the riding itch. Should probably spend time with my parents and kids too…. LOL!
