F800 gsa 14 headlights

    Looking for a stronger headlight and bright that i do not have to change the wires for. Live in Georgia and do a lot of night dirt road riding. See lots of wildlife and the lights aren't cutting it even with the accessory LED's.

    HID, plug and play. Just have to drill a 7/8" hole in the back of the cap.

    Could be wrong...but didn't I read somewhere that setups like this were discoloring the reflector because of high heat.

    There's a thread somewhere discussing discolored reflectors and how it did not fall under the warranty.

    On an other note: it's not only HID that burns the reflector. Other guys like myself only used 55w bulbs and still got a burned reflector. Mine started to be smoking grey at 35k and was burning black at 55k kms that is. Others have stated running HID with no problem and are well over my mileage.

    Stays a mystery to this day =/

    Definitely not HID.
