Yeah yeah many years with out a post, in fact not even a look on this site, but I think is time to inspire some souls into following their own paths of exploration.

Anyway among the hundreds of ideas i usually have inside my head I think this ones can be of some importance for the community (not only GS rider, bur every rider)

Here are two of the latest "Pennytech" projects from Ricky.

    Extra Visual "Passive" aids

Anyway I have a bunch of really old scothlight Tape doing nothing at my house, tons of Red on 5" rolls and then some Super Fugly "Emerald" Green

In short, I'm not a big fan of red in the first place and the green is just much to ugly for anybody taste. so i decide to experiment a little with a old "Texturazing" technic that I learn many years ago and see if I can make some use out of this Fugly tape.

The first attempt was the Ganggreen

    Okay just Fugly
    [IMG]

Well does not look Half bad now, don't you think...!?

The "black" tape with the Yellow ELS Sticker is 15 years Old and still serving his duty just fine, so hell if I can stand the green I can have a few more years of extra safety (well the plastic tank is going to bubble the sticker no matter what)

The other day I made a small strip of Red just for kicks and I end up liking it a lot..

So i decide ot make some more and cover pretty much the whole bike.

Yeap I know I when a little to far, What else is new
    [IMG]

Hey Even the Chesy guys from west coast choppers will dye for a "Flame job" like this.

Here you can find a Bunch more Pictures and someday some updates too

And Now for the really fun experiment
    [IMG]

Is No secret (For the old members, at least) that I never been a fan of the whole "PingPong Table windscreens" so over the years I try many other ways to solve the wind noise, turbulence and all the other crappy stuff
    [IMG]

In this case a try to make a "Tall screen... On Command" using a "Four bar Linkage" (actually kind of a 3 bar with out a Pan hard rod)

Not to mention you end up with a "Roof headlight" that Illuminates the road like crazy very close in line with your angle of viewing (I need to implement the ergonomic aspect somehow too.)

The linkage parts are as usual made out of bicycle parts (un touch, un modified as much as possible)

    From the Bottom.
*JP Morgen stem for clamp, held to the bike via the "Boom" and the main bolt on the front subframe.
    * Specialized "Enduro" main link, this is the main part of the "Landing gear" set up.
*The Gold part another FSR linkage to achieve the backwards movement require
*Syncros seat post upper clamp to hold the cheppo fiber glass headlight housing to the bike.

    Some how "Medium Height"

    Almost down but not Really.

All the way down with two dual beam HID just in case nobody can see the bike coming.

Hay... "KIng of the Lab" or what..??

Here you can find a few More pictures and hopefully some Updates when i get some other stuff figure out.

Ps: I don't really know if I will post on this forum again or even if I will read your comment, but for now enjoy and Please go and work on some of your own dreams and stop wishing somebody make what you really want for your bike.

Your bike reminds me of that Kevin Costner movie...Waterworld.

Anyhow, I don't have to tell you that the bike is definately unique, in a good way though.

What is that you have on the back? Is it a bike rack?

    ...love it!

My kind of bike... my kind of guy! Bikes are there to be ridden and fiddled with... next time someone gives me shit about "what I am doing to my bike" I'll just pull a pictures of yours and tell them "I want it to look like this"...

    That'll shut them up...
