St Ignace, MI to Everett, WA along Highway 2.

I want to take the northern most road along the Canadian border. The best I could come up with is Highway 2.

Is there a better route to do a 4 corners tour?

West coast is easy with the PCH.

I haven't figured out an interesting southern border route to the Florida keys other than just slabbing it.

The East coast seems daunting with all the cities I would have to go thru since I would prefer to stay away from major metro area, maybe I should just take the Appalachians north instead.

    Maybe so.....

You haven't seriously looked at maps for your unplanned ride, right?

True enough. I could just plan it by map alone.

I figured that with the wealth of knowledge here I could get a couple pointers of places to avoid or some must see that would otherwise be missed.

I am making my way through the forums reading ride reports and such so I have gleaned some excellent info.

    No harm in asking though.
