I'll be there. We just miss the chance to BBQ Franconian sausages. :eek1 Looking forward to catch up with you guys!
Well that will be three of us if my Tiger holds out as on monday we past the 133'000 km , but as I look after her and she only gets the best oil I think it will be ok
Last Wednesday I did a 700 k trip from Nuremberg to Touratech and back to get me some outdoor equipment. Including a new outdoor cooker and cookware. Probably we can use this stuff to get a few sausages burnt!
If you are totally bored you might watch my Sato Cooker Trial Video. Due a operation mistake with the camera I have lost the best part - burning the sausages to coal! http://youtu.be/-lOc3acU09E Enjoy!
Looks pretty cool and pro! With a cushion to be on your knees also! I have 2 questions: 1- What do your neighbours think about you cooking in front of your garage? And 2 and most important: where the hell are the Würstchen??? :ddog Well done Harald!
Okay. As I wrote: Mistakenly I shut off the cam while burning the sausages. I just have a picture to proof! Today I have done some engineering with a colleague of mine and probably I can show you the sausage solution on the weekend. As you can see. Outside perfectly burned and inside still pretty raw.
ADV Meeting Germany 2014 will be held in http://www.hotel-lochmuehle-westerwald.de/ from Friday, 6th of Juni until Monday, 9th of June. Personally I will arrive on Saturday ( afternoon ). I have to work until Friday, late. Brit/Man II has planned to be there on Friday.
Sorry buddies; looks like I'm out too. Booked into London Monday/Tuesday and Athens the following week so going to have to fly to Munich. Bummer!
You are pretty much on the road as it seems. Would have liked to catch up with you! Probably next time?
Dam bad news old chap, but do look after your self and come over when ever ,all the best till then BFN Joe oh by the way I'll have your sausage
With the engineering team of our company we have re-invented the wheel to get propper sausages for the meeting ( and in addition some benefits for me ). As a working title it's called: "Röhrigscheibe" The fact was that the Soto burner is making way to much heat for "standard" Cookware. I have burned the Touratech cookware to death at the first try. So the Röhrigscheibe ( disk ) is made with 3 mm of Stainless steel and 7 mm of aluminum as a sandwich to distribute the heat. Also I have gotten me a Fissler pan for the sausages. I have made a video but I'm a bit out of time to get everything done in my spare time. Please enjoy the pictures. BTW - it's for sale as well! The result is very, very good! Cheers, Harald
