This sounds like it's going to be a fun project and a fun bike.

What all do you plan on doing to it?

Lace up some 17s and put Avon Distanzias on the rimzzzz. Plus, get a pipe. Those little KE100s benefit big time form a pipe and jetting. I knew a couple guys who had them, and the one guy who had one that we put a pipe and jetted would RUN away from the stocker like the stocker was running out of gas.

I have a 1973 G5. Same bike basicly. I spent a lot of time searching for a pipe made to fit. The only company that I found for sure was Torque engineering, Whisperin Smith. Some are made to bolt on to a G5 or KE100. However there are other vintage expansion chambers that will work. Exit on the left. I picked up a nos one from ebay. Modesett is the brand name, I cut the header of the stocker and welded it on the Modesett. Also had to cut a frame tab for the tool box. I had already removed the box.

I thought I would add that there is a large weight savings. Much better sound and power. It looks great ( maybe pics later tonight). Well worth the time to track it down.

he other thing is Kwak made a race bike in 100cc called the Greenstreak, if you can find parts for one of those buy the pipe. I think it'll fit and those greenstreaks were friggin fast for a 100. Like fast 125 fast. I toasted everyone racing a Greenstreak flattrack (all stock) in the 125 class for a season on one.

The Greenstreak was a 250cc. You are thinking of a G31M Centurian. Search Steve McQueen and ringadingdoo. 18hp .

i would say sure but man those are some NASTY old rubbers.
i rode that bike for about 2 years then it hit a shed for 5.
it had those tires on it for 6 years now.
also i dont know when im going to put new ones on because i need them on till i get this entire project done and thats in the soonest 2 months.

I was thinkin' about putting spikes on there. and just using them in the winter time. Although if they're to cracked up (lol) then i don't know if they'd hold up to what i plan on doing with them. :deal
