I will confirm but I don't see it being a problem with the stock grab rails.

Not a very good picture but you get the idea of how the koplin ( or other ) fuel tanks can be mounted. Basically I have the three bolt holes on the bars to allow for optional mounting of accessories. I made a plate to mount the koplin quick disconnect fuel tank mount to then I bolted the plate to the bars. I wanted to make the fuel tank mount removable so the bars don't have any protruding mounts or bolts sticking out when not using the bars to haul extra fuel or gear.

As for Nov 1st, should be ok, I am working on the welding fixtures now and hope to be able to get some produced in the next two weeks. I will post more news when I have it.
Thanks for the kind word, glad to see people like the look and idea of the rear crash bars.

    Pitster,

I kinda' skimmed through the responses, and would like to know...Have you gotten any inquiries in regard to how your crash bars/pannier racks will fit with the "Ned" tank? As soon as my wallet heals a little, I am considering doing the 2-into-1 exhaust (with the Ned tank).

Your crash bars look OUTSTANDING! And, I would love a set in ORANGE (just like yours). However, I would like to know if you think they would fit with the above tank.

Hmm, I had a Ned tank but actually sold it before I finished the bars. I will see if I can round up another NED tank and see if the bars will fit.

Thanks, man. I look forward to hearing from you. Don't go through alot of trouble. I may end-up ordering a set, from you, either way. :D

I have to agree with dogsslober...You really nailed it with these bars! They are the best looking bars since Berg's originals.

    Pitster,

I looked high and low, and this was all I could find...

It was a very nice photo, posted by another inmate. However, you can't really see the rack(s) all that well.

I think Brown Dog has some. However, I don't think that he has them mounted.

Also, I think when you hear about how great the "originals" look, most are speaking relatively...comparing them to the newer version (Wolfman).
