I'm sure there will be some interesting lessons learned:eek1 I plan on taking it easy and going to a parking lot to practice some of the exercises as soon as it gets above 10 degrees F...I just wish there were S/TEP classes in my state.

I am waiting for the same thing. It is too f'ing cold out to take delivery of my Gear Up. I think that -20C might be a bit cold to break in a motorcycle engine. :)

Also, this year the ISOK Sidecar RON DEE VOO VI will be held July 30- August 2nd ..have had up to 250 in years past with a good turnout of Urals. Union County Sportsmans Club Weikert, Pa.

Claude, Thanks for the invite. I think I will take you up on your training offer as soon as the weather gets a little milder. What's the ISOK?

Congrats, I have the same bike in white.

Do yourself a favor and get the other bikes on the market in the spring, or you'll be kicking yourself after they sit all summer and no one wants to buy them.

Not to hyjack the thread but the ISOK is The Internet Sidecar Owners Klub. I started it while laid up at home recuperating from a solo bike crash quite a few years back. Today there are over 3300 members. The site is a Yahoo group so you will have to get a name and password which is no big deal. The link is in my signature below :-)
