its up to date on services, has ktm side boxes, touratech gps mount and seat, Akrapovic, and it looks like it is brand-new.
New 990 Adventure's in NW Oregon are going for $13500-$15000. Demo's with 400-1000 miles are going for $13000. I just jumped on a new 2012 990 Adventure for for $13500. Used 2008 seem to be $10000. Good Luck!
Shoot.... less than I paid for my 2007 from Gresham ($13,995) But I did not haggle. I paid what they were asking. I also sell stuff, and my clients rarely used to haggle back in 2007. Now, it's a very different economy, and now most haggle with me, and want fugging internet price matching.
New 2010 990 Adventure, white, 0 miles, leftover, asking $11,699. Thunder Power Sports in Washington Illinois, just east of Peoria. 309 444 8109 I bought mine there.

Congrats and Welcome to the OC. Be careful, that bike might change your life and take you places you never thought you'd go. Safe travels. cj
Your choice of words was not fully accurate, CJ. ....so I modified your quote. While it took me 2-3 years to feel this way, you just NAILED the way I feel today after 5+ years of this orange (or white) relationship
Nice bike! Looks like a pretty fair deal. I am now on a serious hunt for 990 Adventure or maybe a 950 Super Enduro. Mainly I am looking for something with low mileage. I am located in CA on the south end of the San Francisco bay. Looking at an '07 990 Adv with 24k, OE side bags and few other extras. Bike is located 90min away from me. Owner asking $7800 which is reasonable but the mileage is somewhat higher than I'd like. How long does the LC8 motor typically last? Another one is '05 950 Adv with only 9k miles with an asking price of $7500 but will take $7000 down side is that it's in LA which is 6hrs drive away from me. That's a long way to go to take a look.
Just keep looking there are great deals out there. I bought a 2008 w/ 4000 miles on it recently for 8k. There are several for sale on a regular basis between Reno and SF. Found mine consigned at a KTM dealer in Elk Grove. Internet searched for about a month. Was just about to pull the trigger on one in Seattle when it came up.
