I have new and exciting cross country trails planned. Spent a lot of time last season maping new trails. We should hit close to 300 + miles with very little pavement. It will have 3 different wimp out exits. For those who need to ride back to base camp on the pavement. The plan is to leave right from base camp on dirt If the trails are open. They should be with no problems this year because of the poor snow fall conditions. We will be climbing to around 11,000 ft in elevation. This ride will be the best of central and southern utah has to offer. Will post maps soon.

    I would like to attend!

Thanks to my new riding pals, Ds Fox, & Maniac, I've rediscovered whats important in life, and its NOT my office!
I will be crossing an age threshold the month before this ride and I could either submit my application for Age-restricted housing or do these adventures!:rofl

So in order to ride the most popular dirt routes, would this be KLR, country similar to Death Valley Days or more like Desert Dash, good for my XR 650R plated?

Also, if I don't need hook-ups for my Truck camper, can I park/stay with the "Tent dry camping sites" ?

    Thanks Dr J

I will check with Zion Ponderosa later today and see if they offer an AARP/Senior discount.

I would say that most of the riding is on double track and graded dirt roads, more similar to Death Valley rides. Wide open spaces, not to technical. GS and KLR trails. I would bring the bike most similar to the bikes that your buddies are riding. You will be fine on a XR650 for all trails. If you plan on hitting Lake Powell or Bryce via highway, you may want a KLR, might be more comfy.

    Hey GeoMoto,

Thanks again for putting this together.

Jems and I are planning on attending. Not sure if I should bring the Strom or the KLR, I'll talk to you about that more on the side.

I can't wait to do more riding in that beautiful part of the country.

Yes, I will have T-Shirts made for the event.

I am having them priced out. You will be paying cost for the shirts. If they are full color they will most likely be between $11 and $13. I will update as I get more info.

Please include your T-Shirt Size as you RSVP. I will add it next to your name on RSVP list.

    Thanks,
    GeoMoto Jesse
