About time I payed more attention to bike forums in my own backyard.
I get around to a few rallys and blow the gum leaves off Granya Gap fairly regularly.
Did the cold flame this year, do the Alpine every year, OC 2010, usually outback NSW down the Darling every September. Used to do the Ghost Town (when it was hel in a ghost town :cry) and usually a couple of runs a year with a few chaps from Boxerworks forum.
Will be good to catch up with a few locals for a ride.

    Nice!
I wondered where all the leaves went?? But I always take a rake so I can put 'em back on the road and then blow 'em off again. :D

There was a time when I did Granya 6 times :huh fuckin' grouse. It's pretty simple. Go home via Bandiana? or do Granya again and go home back over the bridge at Bellbridge.

Am really looking forward to getting it on the track where I will most likely end up sucking on some of Tripods RD 2 stroke fumes :evil

Will head off Friday Morning and go via Whitfield, Mansfield ,Yea and Strath Creek just to make it interesting. :deal

I got home last night and I was far from fantastic.

    Your fault Dobbo.

    :rofl:rofl

    Had a great weekend.

Injury gives me some time to put my feet up and work my way through the videos and photos.

Hey, Troy, I've watched your video. Looks pretty good. You'll be impressed with yourself.:clap

Awesome - It was probably the best run I had for the day so I'm glad I had the camera on for that one. :D

Not a lot. I ran out of tyre at the exit of turn 1, lost the back end and went sliding and tumbling. Hurt my right ankle and knee. Nothing a couple of days sitting on my arse wont reduce.

No, not recorded by me. I left my spare data cards at home, in worting out what I would take and what I could leave. 'Doh' moment.

The bloke behind me said it was 'pretty spectacular'. There is half a chance that it was recorded. The woman who has the potential video wasn't looking where the camera was pointed, but it was in my general direction. Couldn't replay last evening. Now waiting for an email.

I was on it. No risk. I had spent the previous 10 minutes, dicing with a bloke on a GSXR750. We caught and passed another RD350, and he upped his pace and tacked on the back, as he said, he was 'right up your arse'. The edge of the tyre is good evidence of it sliding.

It was great fun. I'm very glad I didn't spoil anyone else's weekend. And the three words I had to remember were 'table', something else and 'pen'. Or was it 'biro'.
