    UPDATE

Well I confirmed the reservations with PG&E today and we have the campsite for the time we requested.
The dates are May 2-5, that means we have the site Thursday - Sunday nights.

We decided to bump the price to $55 for camping and food and $30 for just food if you're staying in the non-group campground.
The extra $5 is to have more goodies and snacks. Not just cookies, redvines and M&M's. We thought we'd actually get fruit, muffins
    and bagels.

Other news. As I'm sure some of you know Cory and Marsha have moved out of the area and are busy with there new digs. And
DaveBro looks like he's going to be away for business. So I asked SanGJan (Janet) to help out. She's going to be collecting the funds.
You can pay via paypal or send her a check. If sending a check please pm her for mailing instructions.

The paypal address is mendorally@yahoo.com Please mark the payment as personal so we aren't
    charged the business fee.

Any questions just let me know and let the official sign-up list begin. (That means people who have paid.)

Price includes camping for 4 nights, dinner Friday and Saturday night
(maybe Thursday too), snacks, beer and soft drinks.

Remember the Rally is the camping event. Not an organized riding event. Riding is whatever you and your friends want to do.

That being said there's plenty of great riding in this area.

Remember too, this group campsite is limited to 50 people and it's for tent camping.

If you have an RV you can stay at the Fuller Grove individual site campground,
all of 3 minutes away. And you can still have meals and hang out with everybody. RV's
are allowed at the group site but take up too much of the available parking.
And, if the group campsite fills up (which it will) the overflow folks can set up camp in the individual site.

Also, if anybody has suggestions let's hear them and here's a link to the Lake Pillsbury area.

    The official list:

All in group site unless marked with a *=individual site.

    :clap Wouldn't miss it.

    How about:

Cinco Sunday taco bar brunch with the leftover smoked pork :dg

a non-IPA alcohol alternative for those who don't have a taste for hoppy hi-test :freaky

    and a zip-line across the lagoon :lol3

    Hey Sharon,

Interesting, we actually we're discussing a Sunday brunch and I'm sure DaveBro
    will see your IPA idea.

Also, SanGJan's (Janet) husband has built a number of zip lines and he can't ride this year
stemming from a recent surgery. Maybe we can recruit him.
Remember we did have a slack line last year, that takes a little more skill though.

If not, I nominate him for bartender; he makes a great margarita. :jkam Hope he's doing alright.

Good times! Maybe work a deal with him to bring some friends and put on a mini circus show? I'm down for some hooping pointers. :norton

    I'm in.......again !

Wouldn't miss this for anything. You guys and gals who haven't attended this rally, you're really missing out !

Dean, you need anything, just SHOUT.

Thanks again for organizing. Any chance you can organize a mini ride before then ? I know you tried the end of last year and weather became an issue.....another date would be good if possible ?

    Thanks !!!!

I'm sure we'll do a recon ride in late March or early April. Have to
check the snow level and trail conditions.

I'm liking the looks of the terrain, I'm in. I would be trailering with SpeedRacer.
