This past wekend Azredline and myself took a late notice over nighter. My Africa Twin had two extremely bald tyres and a text message to Dillon at Zen Moto was sent out Saturday morning. Not only did he have a few tyre choices for me he was up for tossing them on for me an hour later while I ran to do some work. This was truely unbeatable customer service. He went out of his way to help me out with a few things I can't post. I will post a link to the ride report Azredline is putting up and you will see I would not have made the trails we did with out the new rubber... big cheers to a good guy running a good business.
+1! Dillon has went above and beyond the call for me! He has even delivered parts for my 990 to Death Valey and installed them!! At no charge!
So what you're saying is that Dillon's a tosser? If he's so dreamy why does he not get me a Michelin Road 2 rear tire for my VFR? (hint hint, I'm almost to the cords)
he said that there were certain things that he couldn't post... hey, what happens at dillons' shop...
Here is a link to the ride report. This will show why new rubber comes in handy http://advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=870288
I remember coming home from Bartlett lake one day, you passing me at close to 100 MPH on your GSXR 1K, on the back wheel; and I noticed that the only thing between you and certain pain and broken bones was a thin layer of white cord on that rear tire. S.C.
+1 It is unusual to find someone in business these days that actually wants the customers satisfied and not just the money. And now you know where to take your submarine for service
So Dillon calls me to get me a rear tire. with that sort of customer service there's no way I can talk shit about him on the net.
Another shout out for Dillon @ Zen for taking care of my SE! If you need any work on your KTM 950/990, he's the guy. SOlid work, quick turn around and far better than dealer pricing.
I get my tires & parts through Dillon, better than average prices & excellent customer service. He's one of us (when he has time to ride) One of the very few shops I'd trust to work on my bike.
