Generally many campsites near the coast in Italy, don't have much space for traveling people, being full of static vans, they can be very busy in the summer hols, but the food is usually very good!

Yes I know about a guidebook named DK Eyewitness Travel Guides Italy. I suggest you to read this book while traveling to Italy. ItÂ’s quite informative. You can easily travel in Italy with help of this book. There are many maps and pictures of Italy famous places in this book.
You can also take help from this website.
