I went for the tag this afternoon but I had to abort mission due to thunderstorms. My buddy was following me on my girlfriend's rebel and I felt bad dragging him through a downpour with no rain gear... damn you summertime thunderstorms!

I dodged 'em coming down from the ATL yesterday.... grabbed a Grand Tour of Georgia stop in Mansfield heading down GA 11, through Monticello and then Gray, had to swerve toward Dublin then down to the hated I-16 avoiding the thunder-boomers.

Got it this morning. It was a nice time to ride, it was cool out for once!

I passed someone going westbound on I-16 this morning on what looked like a white africa twin with a yellow dry bag on the back. They gave me a wave, any idea who that might be?

It was all good but leaving Blue Ridge today it rained and kept raining as I made my way over to Sky Valley, Ga .... Rained on me for 7 hours as I came down 441 then to Reidsville on 57

Glad I had my rain suit as I got my money out of it today.
