Got my Christmas present a little late this year. I'm really enjoying reading the book. I look forward to vol.2.
That's 'cause you have a job. I just re re read Stagehands Safari account to tide me over.....us airheads like to share you know.
Received my copy a couple of days ago - it has been a great way to re-cuperate after this little mishap last Saturday whilst cross country skiing Book is fantastic - I love the pictures and the narrative style.
Dang, you must be an aggressive cross country skier! Hope it popped back in without too much fanfare.
Svizzzzz- Dude! sorry to see..I feel your pain bro! Been there, done that not once but twice. It ain't gonna be fun, but you'll get back to normal-just be a physical therapy nazi. Team- we're about to upgrade from the basic el cheapo cable to the next notch up-mainly for two wheeled motorsports Tiny D and I love to watch. For Dakar coverage next year is the SPEED Channel what we want or is there some other channel I need to look into. We love watching youtube vids of the Dakar, GP, Redbull Romaniacs, Ertzberg, MX, SX, Trials etc. What Cable Channel/s do we want? Dirty
Safari, Mex1k, Serres and Dakar 2013. Luis, Kevin M, Lyndon, Patrick B, etc submitting stage recaps. Its looking good
A note on FB stated that V2 unfortunately wont be coming out. Anytime soon, anyway. But, you can still get online versions. "After much debate it looks like we won't be publishing a Volume 2. I have the articles and photos that folks contributed for volume 2 and will post them up digitally over the next few weeks. Likely on the www.TFTB.org website....If you haven't purchased the Dakar 2012 book, well please do " www.tftb.org
Sorry for the late reply... The TFTB "series" fell apart. These things happen although it's disappointing for myself and for those of you who contributed...its beyond my control as I lack the skillset to put the next book together. Layout, design, etc are simply something I am not qualified too do without making it half assed. I have the various written material along with the photos that were contributed. Now I am just trying to figure out the best means to get them out there for folks to read. Likely this will be in digital format of some form.... Cheers, thanks for the interest and the patience Ted
