When out for a ride, I look for unusual designs in nature. Sometimes Mother Earth can be artistic...sometimes she has a sense of humor - twisted humor.

Happened across this while hiking dry washes off Wolverine Loop Rd, which is off of the Burr Road.

Kauri tree on the Coromandel peninsula. They get a lot bigger !!!
