I'd much rather have that than the subzero temps we've been saddled with.not to metioned the 3 ft of snow in my yard. and the hundreds of pounds of ice ready to rip my new gutters off anyday now.

This is my first full Winter here in OH since moving here in 2010 and I was just going to say that every time I go outside I have to pee. Also the toilet seat is a bit cold.

I was just fucking with you guys, I've spend many a winter in Ohio.

This weather is tough everywhere. We went mountain biking today, trails were great. We got all sweaty, decided the solar showers were too warm, so decided to cool off in the spring.

Did you get a 90+ furnace, if you did, did they put a flue liner in for the water heater or is it a power vent water heater? Cause you might have trouble venting the water heater if it's the only thing in the chimney.

Thanks that is the first time the better half and I have laughed since Sunday. Shoulda let me know about the hot water heater....I did that routine 4 weeks ago. And the heat was off for 3 days then.

And thanks for the offer. We might have to take you up on it if this doesn't thaw soon....

Well the 90+ efficiency furnaces don't use the chimney. Instead they use PVC pipes drilled through the baseboard for sucking in air and for exhausting it after the combustion process.
