No epic international ride, no dirt, no pics of me camping in a bikini..no camping probably.

This is just the spot where I'm going to catalog my little ride down the coast from Oregon to Los Angeles. Nothing you haven't seen before or ridden yourself.

I'm gonna stop and see some inmates..check out a few things and do a bunch of meetings in LA in hopes of convincing some folks to give me there hard earned money.

Just started divorce proceedings from my wife of 20 years and figured I could use some Helmet time.

I haven't been able to do much riding in the last year ..a neck injury took me out for about 9 months after being away from the bike for four years .while my son was growing out of diapers

anyway i figured I'll do a RR since it's been so long. I'll be leaving in the morning..we'll see how far I get.

I'll post some pics tomorrow night if I have a connection..but you have been warned..I'm pretty sure this will suck:D

Helmet time should provide you with some good therapy for the stress you're going through. :thumb

Been there done that, after 35.

I am old enough to be you dad so here comes some fatherly advice, with lots of ADV love.

You are now being followed by a loving bunch of inmates, old, young, big, small, rich, poor, etc. WE are all with you , mentally, physically, and with your opening sentence emotionally also.

Ride smart, think smart, be SMART , contact any or all for immediate support.

We just did a similar ride in the opposite direction, word of advice if you go down 101, when you get to Leggett take Highway 1 / 208 to the coast... if that doesn't help clear your head nothing will :D

helmet time can be like time travel, you leave and 400 miles or so later you arrive with a empty head and void of thoughts other then food and sleep :D
