To protect the Squadron and have a clean headlight to get home with I made a small Lexan shield that fits inside the front of the light. You can see the two pull loops that are used to remove the shield.

I want to mount a Double Striker on my 2000 CR250R. The only stator with a lighting coil that I have been able to find is an ElectroSport model ESL990 which puts out approximatly 35 watts; this will hopefully power both the Double Striker and an LED brake/tail light. Of course I am going to put together a wiring harness including regulator/rectifier, battery pack, and switches.
Looking forward to the Double Striker mounting updates.

It's got a threaded insert like a camera on the bottom so it can get bolted on to pretty much anything.

The double Stryk would be a very cool option for your bike, like Dan said it can be mounted fairly easy, but every bike is different so a lot of guys are doing it themselves to make it work best for them. I will let you know when we are working on a MC mount for The Double Stryk, but currently our plates are full with a lot of new projects. If you have any questions about mounting just let me know and we will figure something out.

Just curious if you guys had the dimmer switch finished and putting it in a 08+ ktm mask?

Yes the Squadron is available in the stock KTM shell 08 and above with the kit, and the dimmer switch( I have just been told) will be ready Monday. So everyone I will keep you posted and let you know and I should be able to take orders Monday. Any questions, just let me know guys.

Hey guys,

Please don't kill the messenger, but unfortunately there was a minor set back on the PWM dimmer switch. I sincerely apologize, I know many of you have been waiting and waiting very patiently. It took a little longer than anticipated to find a completely waterproof box for the dimmer. I can say that the box is in route and as soon as we have them, we will work like santa's sweatshop to have them ready for you. We really wanted to ensure that the dimmer was completely waterproof and now it is. The stock shells for the KTM models 05-07 and 08-12 are done and will be available purchase soon. Here a few pictures to show you what they look like minus the light and everything so you can the shell and components. Again guys we apologize for the wait and inconvenience.

They already use the same fender as the 05-07 KTM so just buy the mask for them and I'll bet it will transfer over. The stock headlight lens and bulb is the same as 05-07 KTM stuff too.

Good to know. The headlight does look the same but the KTM mask uses a 2-pin lower mount and that won't work on a new Berg which uses a single center tab in the headlight frame itself.





I do have some ideas and have PM'd Gordon, since I have a brand new Polisport version here that has not been mounted yet.
