My Ginger came home with some sort of disease. Should I be concerned she is slowly turning into a KLR? uploadfromtaptalk1397421569824.jpg

    Love the amo cans.

You asked for more pictures, of what? Did the link to tip sensor not work?

    ECU Connector, not ECU

You can see there is the same type of blade mount on the left side as there is on the right side that the connector slides onto

You can see the cable routing in the next two pictures

Looks like a fairly mild case of KLR-itis. She doesn't have a milk crate yet. :lol3

That's almost scary. Repaint yours blue, & you wouldn't be able to tell it & my '08' KLR apart. :lol3

Rear suspension by Wilbers? Care to offer an opinion?

Yep, got rear Wilbers and front Traxxion Dynamics AK-20 cartridge kit.

The stock suspension on the roadie sucked. Front end bottomed out on crappy roads, rear would never stay planted on washboarded dirt.

Now... well it's a whole new bike :). Love the adjustability. Would absolutely do it all over again. Luckily I live about 35 miles from the USA Wilbers distributor (Beemershop, Scotts Valley CA) so I just had them install everything.

I hear you, especially on washboards. The xc may be better up front, but only just. Is the rear the same?

I believe the XC does have a remote reservoir, so it's a bit better....or at least the illusion :)

I weight a buck fifty and have nearly bottomed out the front on my XC... So I'd say not much better haha I am looking to get a suspension upgrade in the next couple years.... Definitely before i do Alaska with the gf.

can you list the part you used for the case (Power) mount. I've been trying to do something like that.

edit: and where you got it please.

    Here:
    http://www.powerlet.com/product/luggage-electrix-connector/286

I already had a powerlet/sae/battery tender(all same thing) connector hanging down by the aux powerlet under the seat, so I just bought a 36" extension for that as well.
