We are heading to Mexico City tomorrow, only 3-4 hours away. Can anyone help us with info on the BMW dealer there? Address Phone Number Name of Dealership GPS coords.(ok, that's a stretch but I just thought I'd give it a try) Email Address Contact at Dealership Thanks
Thanks for the link Tricepilot. We had found that earlier but were looking for more detailed information. We contacted the dealer and were told they were too busy to take our bikes in for an oil change. Thats too bad and not very good customer service. I had a 6000 mile service done in Guatemala and they were happy to take me on the spot, my riding partner had a leak in the final drive, they took care of that right away also. I even had both front fork seals replaced under warranty. That's how a BMW dealership should be run. Especially when 95% of the bikes we see from out of the country are BMW's touring here and Central America Again, thanks for he reply
I have some friends at the Motohaus in Coyoacan (on av Pacifico). I live very close to there, so let me know if you want to go, and I'll go with you and make sure you get some good service. If it's just basic stuff, we can do it at my place. PM me and I can give you my number. I have some time tomorrow (friday) in the afternoon.
Try the BMW place in Lerma, close to Toluca . Really good place and friendly staff always ready to help out riders coming through. This is the name and email of the Jefe de Taller, the chief mechanic. Victor Anaya victor.anaya@plantatoluca.com Good luck !!
