I talked to Horst on the phone yesterday. Apparently he has been overwhelmed a bit by the demand since this was posted on Advrider, and is getting in orders from all over the world. There is now a shortage of 690 slaves, and the next batch will only be ready in 2-3 weeks (he thinks 16-17 days).

What he still has available for the group buy is:

3 black
14 orange
8 silver

I guess the options for those of you with black are to either switch to orange (bling) or silver (would go well with the RR billet sprocket guard http://www.rally-raidproducts.co.uk/store/KTM-690-Enduro-R-SMC/Billet-Parts/Billet-Sprocket-Guard), or simply to wait for the next batch.

Please email Horst if you are willing to go to another color, or if you prefer to wait. Since his English is not all that good use one of the lines below so it's clear to him and I don't have to translate every message.

I will work out something with him to get the first order out as soon as he received payment from everybody, and the second one when it's ready.

If he is overwhelmed already by the number of e-mails, why don't we condense our color swap to one e-mail from the group?

Is shipping at different times going to complicate things?

I can switch to Silver if it helps....or I can wait until everything can ship as one set with my original color.

Personaly, I do not mind to wait 2 or 3 more weeks.

We could have four unit shiped to Canada, and the rest shipped to USA ... And most of us would then be ok.

Who realy care if its black or orange or grey ???

I'm in the orange camp, so I can go either way. It's not a huge priority for me at the moment.
