Thought this was a neat trick.......you could set it up on a picnic table at a camp n ride....catch all the action in 360 degrees.

    ok, that's pretty cool.

I have this oven timer (why else do I want the blue & yellow Husky?!). May force it into double duty...cookie timer and time lapse video maker.

So I just got a tdi this past weekend. Ill likely come out for some camping- probably no riding- unless I still have the DR-Z.

KTM has had it's heart removed since before I left for SEA, so it will be time to start rebuilding the motor likely beginning in January. :evil

What's the delay on fixing it? 2 stroke top ends are pretty simple.

It's not top end, that's the delay.

I bought it with bottom end 'issues'

I will be documenting the progress once I begin disassembly.

Im leaning towards sending it this way once I get it apart and see what's going on in there. http://www.cookseycrank.com/

Goog idea. I'll keep them in mind for myself. I'm not optimistic about the condition of the bottom end of my CR500 either. Since ill be going through the trouble of taking it all apart, it would be nice to get checked out at least and I cant do that myself.

My bike had the bottom end rebuilt by Andrew and had the crank balanced - Cadillac package. She runs smooth as butter but it aint cheep.

My NSR crank had to be sent off to England for rebuild, parts are hard to find, going on 3 month they finally finished it but I don't have final cost yet, as of now about $700

New crank is at least twice as much, if you can get one, and it's form a later model so cases need to be modified.

Are you perchance on the mobile version of youtube's site (m.youtube.com)? If so, try copy/pasting from the non-mobile site (while on your tablet, of course).
