I hereby dedicate this thread to Bozeman inmates in search of beer and dirt.

Having just finished 350 miles of aformentioned dirt, I think we ought get together to search out some beer! (Not that we didn't have beer this last weekend.)

I suggest Thursday the 25th, but I really don't give a shit. I also suggest pot luck at my place, but again, I really don't care. Popcorn and fresh draught at the Bozeman Brewing company; beers and pool at the Aleworks; a short ride to Four Corners and down River Road to Stacy's in Gallatin Gateway; it's all good.

Mostly this is about getting a little network of Bozone riders together for beer and quicky rides, and I figure our own little thread is the way to go.

So, BOZriders, check in here; subscribe to this thread, and any time you want to go out for a ride or brew or BOTH, drop a note in this thread and we'll all see it pop up when we check our control panels.

    :wave :ricky :freaky

Hey Putts, I hope I can come over and ride someday. Its just a bit of a hike with the XRR. Anyway, I want to keep track of the great rides you post up, as your making my list of routes to ride longer.

Oh yeah, you're in it deep. I'm a single dad for April my 12 y/o, and it's always a logistical trick to get out of the house. Fortunately, she's old enough to do a few hours alone when need be if I go out for a beer, but getting the time of for a ride happens mostly at the last minute when she decides to go over someone elses hours for a sleep over.

So that's the good thing about a trigger thread like this: if you're going on a ride and wouldn't mind company, post here and someone might be there.

S'pose we should sorta do the same thing with beer, a moments notice may be good enough.

As to the next proposed meeting time ... :dunno. I'll meditate on my navel for a bit longer.

Had a great ride today, Ennis to Centennial Valley via Gravelly Rd, and back up the Ruby. I have been wanting to do that for 3 years now, and it was totally awesome! Took about 6 hours from Ennis to Ennis again, but I took a lot of photos. Post them soon.

    Ruby Resevoir.

Ennis to Ennis was 178 miles. Down Gravelly Rd and back up Ruby. Best ride I have done since doing Beartooth I think. Anyone wants to do this I will go again in a second.

Alright, lets ride or drink. Just did that Centennial Valley also, that ride started Trail Creek to Paradise Valley through the park to the Beartooth Pass, Red Lodge, low road to Cody, back through the park to West, got off US 20 at Henry's Lake, then the gravel past Red Rocks NWR, then north down the Ruby Valley, Alder, Ennis, home - 2 nights out - 2 up on the KLR. Didn't want that ride to end.
