Sweet little ride. I've always liked the exposed tubular trellis frames. THe 400 is an ideal size IMHO, for a commuter bike, back country road ride. Enough power (53hp@11,000-rpm) to get out of their own way, good mileage, and small and light enough to be nimble and flickable in the twisties. Think you should take it out for a shake down cruise down to Galesburg.:deal

I like it. If I was a little shorter I would choose something like that to ride street with.

    ...talk about a small world:

Not only I live in Mount Pleasant and was in L.A. for the last week, I am the husband of one of the Roller Derby girls that used to skate with Dr. Pol's assistant Andrea aka "Get ya Paws off". Now I'm pretty sure I partied with you NatGeo Bros that one crazy night at the Hunter's Ale House (former Coco Joe's),how about that? :freaky
Send me a PM, we can meet up and I can show you my local 60 mile off-road ride (as soon as this rain quits).
I also recommend any of the GLDS rides, the club is wonderful and the rides are amazing, I try to attend as many as I can, that is my absolute favorite thing to do here in Michigan.

I sold the Honda today. The buyer got a nice little bike. I'm looking for a DR350 with electric start if anyone has a line on one.

I was in a bad slump of a mood today. Then I went and looked at my bikes and smoked a cigar. I remembered what it was all about.

I usually ride down to San Antonio in the spring but couldn't wait for the weather to get better so I drove the cage this year. What a boring ass trip in the car. Now I'm waiting for the weather to get better so I can come back home. It looks like I'll have to put up with the sunny and warm weather down here for a while longer. Poor Jeff in NM is probably bum'n too. :cry

There are very few Pacific Coast sidecar rigs in the world. It really stands out at bike shows. People that have owned these bikes describe them as smooth/comfortable/bullet proof. Compared to most rigs, this outfit is like driving a sports car.
