    I would like to try a 19 inches wheel on my -84 g/s. will a -76 R90s wheel fit? In the front!

    You need an ST wheel. It's the hub that's the issue.

    how about lacing a r80 st 18inch akront to a r100gs hubb? Has this been done?

    The spoke angle is all different so I don't see how you could do it easily

    Why not just lace a 19" rim onto your G/S hub? It doesn't cost THAT much to undo if you want to go back. I think your only option for a straight up bolt on 19" front wheel is the R80ST and they don't come up very often at all.
