I need to know where I PayPal my 29.95 to for my book. You written it yet? Cos Dave, you, whether you admit it or not, are an author. Having read the "Long Way" books....I know you've got Boorman and MacGregor beat...

    Hello !!!!!

Another back to the basics ride report from iDave....while I have been traveling solo like Dave for some time now, I was never able to interact with people around me like he does...and that is the habit that I need to change.
Because when I see you "flow" in occasional conversations with people around I feel like I am missing that ease of living.

With Dave its not a ride report...no sir...its I have been riding and check out how life can be great if you have a different perspective..

    Had a coffee while I was reading.......nice morning .....

A little while ago, on a whim, I decided to check the Day trippin section for the first time in weeks. I was thinking it had been a while since the last I Dave report and just maybe there would be a new one. I really didn't expect to find one this time of year and was pleasantly surprised to see there actually was one. Glad to see you are back and I'll be following along.

    Really Dave,
I'm as serious as a heart attack about this, next time your out Arizona way, you need to stop in, the door is always open, coffee is on, bed is made, shower is hot & my better half is a damn good cook.

I'm 2 hrs from the Grand Canyon & 1.5hrs from Phoenix, You'll find a bike lift, tools & space for Loveshack, Right smack dab in the middle of 4 national forest & an Apache reservation.

My corner of the world is a few miles from the annual Overland Expo in May so I'll look for you & Jullie next time your out & about.

We'll talk about you book and real bad about C-Stain :lol3

Not many things take me away from a "Top Gear" episode, but an "iDave" report,:thumb.

I had to get caught up. Great read as usual and the story of "Loosy" had me bustin a gut and took me back to a similar encounter at a truck stop about 15-16 years ago. Good stuff Dave. This is like reading a good novel that you just can't put down. Please continue. :clap

Dave, I don't know anybody who has the ability/luck/skill of having memorable encounters like you. It's got to be worth some kind of radio story. We'll do it next time we meet.

    See you on the highway.

Dave, I'm a little late in discovering this ride report tonight. It's great to see another one from you. I wish I had known of your arrival in Florida--my significant other and I are living just a few miles from that Florida welcome station, just south of the Georgia border. If you come this way again, open invite.
Wishing you safe travels and looking forward to more posts !
