28-10-13 *edit - I was notified friday by CSP that it was found down by Pueblo. I went and pulled it out of impound the next day so the fees didn't grow. It's stripped but running...... since someone was pulled over on it :clap I've a call into CSP to make sure they know there are parts missing and to make sure there's some follow through on the theft. Now to start the negotiations with the insurance company again to retain the bike.....

Just now from auraria campus, Denver, my 610 husky, dirtbags, wunderlich tailbag, custom seat.

    Edit for info......

    Here's the base info.
    2008 Husqvarna TE610, plate ‪#‎139UMD‬, VIN# ZKHEAEKP58V301238
Many many identifiable parts. Custom seat - white top w/ red/black sides. Highway Dirtbike barkbusters and gauge cluster protection, Unpaved Aggression swing arm sticker, Saftey third sticker on the fly screen., RED 7602 Racing radiator guards and oil filter cover, Uptite husqvarna bash plate, silencer and oil plug, Buell Headlights, Dirtbagz racks and maybe still has dirtbagz on it, ProMoto billet rear rack, LED strip tail lights with integrated signals, quick release fuel taps, front and rear grab straps front lettered "unicorns" rear lettered "took my car", Saftey third sticker on the fly screen.

Did a quick ADV search, looks like a red and white one but now it has HDB handguards. We may go out for a ride later and will keep our eyes open. I hate thieves... If I see them, is it ok to sacrifice a wheel so I can stop them by shoving a stick in the spokes while moving?

Hope Duke is OK with me poaching this picture. This bike will stand out so hopefully it is found!

I'll be in Boulder this afternoon and evening and will keep my eyes open there as well. You never know what direction the bastards might be headed.

I'll keep my eyes open and camera ready.

BTW - How was the bike secured (disk lock, chain, factory steering lock)?

Sorry Mountain. That sucks. I'll keep an eye out for it in my travels. If you have a recent pic showing any stickers etc that would definitely help.

    That really sucks Mountain Eagle.
I'll keep an eye out down here in the Springs, the place where we know thieves.
My wife's scooter was stolen a few years ago right out of the locked garage.
I feel your pain, lets find the a55hole and pass the pain along with a long jail sentence.

As for the other info, not secured took my gear with it. House keys, garage remote too. This happened at work on the auraria campus, closed parking lot with construction going on. Open area with people and I was just out of sight for less than 3 minutes. I heard it taking off and was on with 911 withing a minute..... oh well. I'm looking at all the add ons and I think I'll get hosed even with full coverage.

If you carry your registration or insurance cards on your bike, they now have an address to go with those keys & opener - just thinking out loud here...

    Damn sorry!

Garage opener already disabled, all neighbors notified to keep watch, working on the re-keying this evening and the garage is already done as it's where anything of value is........
