Yeah.... I was doing OK (other than being a drunk mouthy jerk) the whole time. Then my friend kevin decided I could have a few crown & cokes. Big, strong ones...12hrs after I started drinking. Ah well. I must be OK, cuz I'm drinking a Guinness now :D

The CRF230F got fresh oil and a clean filter today with a fuel tank top off. Yesterday was valve clearance check up & chain lubing.

Did you put in Amsoil, change every 15K miles which = about 30 years :lol3

Put a quart of Honda 10-30, had 500 miles on it from last January!

I'll copy what I got from tbirdsp, who copied it from the Scoot to Thrill FB page, posted by Dan's wife:

"Just got home from the hospital.... Dan hit a deer tonight on his way home from work and is in ICU.... He has a severe concusion, at least 8 broken ribs, a punctured lung, and a broken collar bone...... He was found by LPD unresponsive and has no idea what has happened, he thinks he is in the hosp for pain!!! A truama surgeon put a tube in his lung to drain it and help re-inflate the right lung and it looks like Mr Dan will be spending the holiday in the hosp..... The neuosurgeon and Dr Sumoni are supposed to see him in the morning and come up with a plan to fix him up..... I am most worried about the blood on his brain and how it is affecting his thought process... I know it is just too early to be panicky over this but after loosing a Grandson to head trauma, I am probably over reacting.... Please keep him in your prayers......."

I just got back from seeing Dan and Merrie. Dan is in surgery to have some shiny new hardware installed in his clavicle (collar bone). He said he was ok with getting patted down in airports from now on. He is tired but has his good sense of humor. He should be out of ICU this afternoon.

Get well soon zoid! Welcome to the TSA Patdown club:huh:D
