Not many AR-50s there and the two that are there are bidding at around retail price. The real indicator would not be the current bid but the sold price, which I am not sure is published.

That's the school I go to. I'd highly recommend it, we have good instructors, and a good relationship with the industry.

Thank you. It actually started out as my #3 rifle project, as I was going to channel all of my efforts into a Remington 700
in 25-06. But once I got started on the stock, it started to take over. I'll have it finished in the summer when I blue the action and mount a Sightron scope on it.

You're absolutely right on all counts. I did need another graded project and had an open lathe, so I figured why not do a muzzle brake. Also, I typically shoot on my property, so I don't worry about upsetting anyone else.

I have used it and the site works well.

You can have your FFL mail or ship to another FFL, but you can also send it directly to an FFL yourself. You can't send it directly to an individual to whom you sold (unless that person is an FFL).

I believe you can send a long gun directly to a person in the same state.

You can also send a long gun that's classified as an "antique or relic" directly to another person if you both have antique or relic licenses.

alright revolver nuts...i need some help. i'm not much of a revolver guy but these just fell into my lap. i do have a ruger .480 i kinda dig but thats about the extent of my revolver knowledge.

yea, i was thinking it'd be cool just owning the damn thing. it's got the belt buckle, patch, papers, five front sight blades, barrel wrench and shim with it also.

That's a target gun in .45ACP. Uses moon clips. These were the N frame equivalent of the K-22 and K-38. I'd buy one in a heartbeat.

Finally got to shoot the revolver and the new rifle across the chrono.

10 shot averages. 158gr SJHP over 16gr H110.

600 ft/sec faster out of the rifle. The average speeds were less than reported factory speeds for the same weight bullet. 16gr of H110 was lower than the recommended maximum load (Sierra manual).
