Fun trails!! There is a North East and South East Trail System. This was taken on the South East side trail 217.1 .The start is very steep and rocky and then when you get on the "mesa" large meadows with some huge aspen trees. Yeah I almost lost it here - the dirt was so dry it was like talcum powder! I did lose is about 1 mile down the road - LOL!

There is 250 miles of trails to be ridden from green to black trails all well documented on the awesome detailed map -so you could ride for several days and that is not to mention the undocumented trails and massive BLM area.

It was great to drive into a town and everwhere is OHV flags with the community supporting this type of recreation. The paved county roads to the trails are OHV designated!! No-where else in Colorado will you find that. The town is also very clean and organized with a great new rec center with an indoor pool and huge slide. The chamber of commerce appears to be well organized.
