Someone had posted some awesome direct ipad/iphone (simply had to enter them in the address bar) links to the Eurosport and France feeds last year, anybody know what those are for this year ? download lists and see what URL's en on .m3u8 or try .wmv. copy past url open the list in for example notepad or a textreader on the mac versions. Give me feedback what works.
It looks like all that's needed on an ipad or iphone is the URL in your "code" box above. That's how it worked last year. Anyone know the code for this year's Eurosport and France channels ? EDIT - Myway's post i quoted is from last year's coverage, to avoid any confusion.
Re: NBCSports US broadcast mini-critique. Better than past years; still too short; only covers the front-runners; nothing new for F5ers, of course! But: tribute to Kurt ,w/ Quinn Cody; Sam Posey narrates (wrote for Cycle News, and covered original Superbikers on ABC WWoS, IIRC? gives more background than past years (maybe trying to educate US a lil more about Dakar?)

I can't believe how bad Eurosports coverage of the Dakar is. Usually they spend half of the episode showing video that was showed the day before. Or do all TV networks get the same crappy 25 minutes of video?
Eurosport is a bit frustrating isn't it. The French coverage on France4 is more in depth at 1 hour a day, if you can find access. They have really pretty video that is different from the "network feed" Eurosport seem to get to work with. I suppose being French they have direct access to the mothership.

Are there torrents going around for the NBC coverage? Are you guys mostly recording the Eurosport live stream and watching it later?
Latest ipad won't download the file, dropbox error. Need a straight text post that I can copy/paste the links from, NOT a quote. They mess up all the time. The 'code' box quoted a few minutes ago is in a format that I can't copy into browser, for example. But straight text I can. If we can sort this I'll get it all posted up clean for everyone to just click and watch.
