Nope. I just put it there to tie it all together. I had heard that the plate mount flexed a lot in rough terrain so I did it as a precaution.

We rented the beach house in Saly again this weekend. The gang drove down, Ryan and I rode down and Larry met us there on Saturday morning. We did the quad loop but found a way around the beach this time (Sorry Larry, no more beach fun for the super tanker).

The vagina tree. Once Larry got in he didn't want to come out

A weak attempt but hey, it's all I've got

    The baobab forest

The tidal flats. It was dry on top but soft underneath. We were having a blast flat tracking and roosting until we hit some slick spots. To be fair, Ryan went down but got the bike up before the camera came out. He said it was leaking fuel so he had to pick it up. :lol3
I was laughing my ass off, and I went down about a minute later.:D Video to follow…..

Unfortunately, I really was leaking fuel. The line cracked at the top of the petcock during my get off. Clamped it with the hemostat, trimmed it and we were good to go.

I have been able to track down two of them so far. My source is looking to reload. I put in a request for a half dozen more. We will see.

Clown, where do you want them sent? PM me.

OBTW, any of the ones from post #351 come my way first.
