Looks like I am able to attend this great event, I will be leaving tomorrow morning and stay until Saturday night. Looking forward to meeting everybody and riding some new to me stuff, bringing the 990 and 500.

I am going to throw in a couple extra chairs for those that are riding in and might need them, if you are riding in and need something to be hauled up let me know.

I will be in a late model extended ford passenger van.

I'm planning on riding up Saturday morning to hang out with fellow Advers, have dinner, camp out, and head home Saturday morning. Call it a practice trip for my big trip next summer. Riding from Fallbrook/San Diego if anyone is looking to day trip it. Look for a silver K1200s.

Plan on leaving Fallbrook between 6-7 AM.

If I wasn't having carpal tunnel surgery on Friday, I'd be thinking about doing the same sort of thing

As I've mentioned on this thread before, since I've been in California I've wanted to experience Death Valley the ultimate way via two wheels, so I'm pretty bummed I have to let you guys know that I can't make it due to work. Not stoked at all.

I own my own business and for whatever reason, this week, a ton of time sensitive work just got heaped on me and it's all stuff that needs to be handled asap. Tried every which way to get around it, just couldn't manage to.

I was planning on heading out tomorrow 6am with shooby and we were sharing a cabin there. He's still doing a 9.5 hr ride out there solo tomorrow.

I am 100% tied up Wed and Thurs, small chance I could get out there Friday but touch and go at the time I'm writing this. Will keep checking this thread and updating everyone.

That's a bummer but you gotta tend to the shop first. If we don't see you this weekend, there's always April. Buck will miss you.

Fräulein Wallflower loaded & ready to go to the dance solo..

Death Valley is open. Hmm, I am planning on riding up and spending Sat night but 77 in Death Valley sounds more comfortable than high 40s in Gold Point...in a tent.

I'll be arriving Saturday morning ( I only live 100 miles away). What time are the rides heading out on Saturday? I definitely don't want to miss them.

Suzuki Phil is out for this one, spent last Monday in the ER. Don't fret all is well thanks to modern medicine.

Catch ya at DV Noob Rally I hope.

Packed up and heading your way from Fallbrook. See you in 450 miles. Taking 395 Route with a quick run up Whitney Portal to check it out.

Ugh, 8 hrs of driving, but I'm home.

Great trip. Gold Point, Herb, and Walt were a trip.

I'll post up some pics in a bit.

Great meeting a few of you yesterday. I didn't have a dual sport so I couldn't ride with you. Enjoyed saying hello and having dinner. 900.5 miles, two days.
