It'll be like it was before - we just skipped a year, and you don't have quite as much notice.

...and you'll have to bring your own booze (though I will have my truck and a coupla huge coolers there if you need to make a beer run).

    ...and I'm on ERNGE 2.0.

If you don't know, or need details, see here for the original, and here for the repeat. Location is N34o31.841' W086o05.761'.

There won't/shouldn't be too much setup, prep work required, but anyone who feels the need to be around for the work may feel free to arrive Friday morning.

edit: I refuse to put a registration fee on this, 'cause I know everybody has hard times at different points in their lives. I wouldn't want an extra $25 or so to stop anyone who wants to, from attending. A coupla inmates mentioned making a donation to the food, etc. fund. I apologize for not responding directly at the time - I was on the road. Vance has offered the use of his PayPal account to collect and distribute those funds as needed, and we've decided that is the easiest, most efficient way to handle this.

    Big thanks to Big Vance.

Some of you will recall that we received similar donations in '07 and didn't manage to spend all the money that came in, so what was left (it wasn't but $150 or so) was donated to Team Double Barrel Racing for their Baja 1,000 bid. This year, if we receive more money than we find viable excuse to spend, I'll make an executive decision about where or to whom to donate it (or I might just buy a set of tires for ERNGE...not really, I won't use it for personal gain - I've already found my treasure in life). If you're not comfortable with any portion of your donation going to the charity, grassroots racing team, North Alabama trailer trash family, etc, of my choice, then don't donate.

This might actually be possible for me.

Just make sure that drunken, red-headed, sleep-apnea-like-a-mother-fucker bloke stays far away from my hammock. :eek1 Dear jeebus.

Hey Man! Good to see you lurking about again. Ernge 2.0 you say? Once you go ernge you never go.......aw hell, I still got the same 'ol dark orange one but that's all your fault anyway. :lol3

I rekon you better stick me on the "IN" list, too close to the Crab Shack not to be there. Been wanting to ride up to the restaurant for breakfast anyway, that's a good place to get yer bacon and eggs on for sure.

I hear there may be Canoodians there.

I just realized you aren't going to be serving foam disguised as beer.

Hmmm. Might have to rethink this; that sure was some tasty foam.

Bender, same as before means the same place. Please bring bottle rockets and your swim suit.
