NW PHeonix Photo tag

I played this in NW AR. It was quite the weekly endeavor. Might be a little more difficult here but I thought Id try it out and see if we can get some players. For good examples check out AR-NWA photo tag. Rules are as follows:

1. Has to be within a 50 mile radius of Turnoff to Lake Pleasant from hiway74
2. Bike must be included in the pic. (It cannot be trailered or photoshopped in.)
3. One decent clue to location
4. Once a pic is tagged.....must have a new pic (tag) to post or it will not count.
5. Tags must be legally accessible by motorcycle.

Normally Time and Date stamps would be a must but since this is a starter, we can ignore it until it gets abused. And ......Go!!!!

Clue: Bill Gates couldnt cross this river in a boat.

ohhh snap!! i just figgered out where that is. but i wont be out wickenburg way anytime soon,,, (another hint) to help get the tag going.

was a good hint BTW took me a couple times to think about it.

It gets fun!! No rush yet.... I think my brother has figured it out but he lives s ways a way.
Only the IT person (me) can give clues.

There was a group on southbayriders.com that had a little home made medallion that was put somewhere in the area. It had to be within 50 miles of San Jose. You proved you were the first one there by getting the medallion and leaving a note indicating that whoever else found the place was too late. You were supposed to post as soon as possible that you found it. You then had a few days to hide it somewhere else and post your hint.

I followed that one for quite a while and knew many of the places. I even left work in the middle of the day once to try to go find it, but all I found was the note indicating that I was too late. People who don't have to work daily usually did a lot better than the rest of us.

Anyway, you might consider including a physical object as part of this.

Does this count ?? It's about the same area ur bike was but with aqua effect.

I think you are stretching the rules Eddy.

Sounds similar and fun, We had even contemplated leaving an ice cold beer but too many drawbacks (like heat) but if its all the same to the locals rather keep it to the way I know it. May change in the future with agreeable active players though. Making it a rule to post a fresh tag immediately after getting one would help keep it going, because it prevents waiting on one persons action.

Does it really gotta be me? Come on guys... You know you need a "really good reason" to hop on the bike an go!

It's not for lack of desire! If only it were as easy as just jumping on the bike and going! Sheesh I haven't even been able to pull the bike out of the garage since February.
