Mac I will be in for this event. Hopefully we will not have anyone in the hospital and I will be able to return from Moab by bike and not transporting someone back to Denver.

Mac's the lead on this one.....but I am definitely in!

I am eager to do the ride on my newly plated YZ426. I will be traveling light and fast if anyone wants to join me in the front group. No bags on the bike this time.

    Rose Garden....here I come!

Considering this run, did it on a borrowed bike (from Fruita to Moab, but not back) a few months ago. Wouldn't mind doing it on the new ride, but seriously, up Rose Garden, yuck... :puke1

Don't worry, the route will not be UP Rose Garden. The route will be going down, and there will be a bypass option. If you do go down Rose Garden, you'd certainly have the option to go back up and down again, if you possess a certain level of sanity.

I'm with Modette on this decision. I love my YZ but a properly geared Pig has got to be the Jeep of the Motorcycle world (trials bikes excluded, of course). Mine will tractor up most inclines.

I am also hoping that my two boys, TDBiker and BLBiker56, can join for the ride as well. Living in Gunnison, they will have a short commute.

My daughter met one of your boys, she is a thrower on the track team also. But she is a medical redshirt this year, blew her knee out in October.

Yes Sir.....that would be Tyler, the younger boy. Hopefully, he will be riding the XR650R with us....but the Track Travel Schedule might interrupt.

He spoke highly of your daughter and mentioned it to me as well.
