People GT 300i release date?

    None of my local Kymco dealers have the new 2012 People GT 300i in stock. Anyone know when the scooter will be released? Any thoughts on the GT 300i verses the downtown 300?

    The local dealer here in Huntsville has one of each. The Downtown has the more laid back maxi scoot riding position, the GTI is more upright. I sat on both. I was much more comfortable on the GTI than the downtown. If I was in the market for a scooter rigght now the 300 GTI would be at the top of my list.

    The GTI is at the top of my list also, along with the Aprilia Scarabeo 500ie. Moto International in Seattle is selling left over '09's for under $4k!
