Is Robby headed to the Dakar rally this year with a new rig?

I don't think so. Around the last Dakar he was saying that would be his last time. He mentioned at the end of the Dakar that he'd be coming back, but I think that was an impulsive comment in the moment. I figured once he sold the hummer it decided it for him.

If I recall correctly Yazeed broke his back at the Hail Rally in that car. Maybe it was just too much for him.

Been saying it as long as I've been on this Forum (Minus the Toureg period where he was VW's domestic) Nuthin, Absolutely Nuthin compares to the Howl of that 'Murican V8.

'Course now there are other Dakar vehicles with similar powerplants I don't need to root for RG for the audio stimulus, I'll miss his banter if he doesn't make it though, just plain entertaining guy to watch from my monitor.

Yup. Comments section say it's from a different series, dakar truck has an ls7.
