This was artificial entertainment, combined with monumental errors in communication, which turned out to have a massive impact on the championship. The only thing I´m glad about is, that nobody was killed or injured because of this mayhem, but that was more down to sheer luck, than anything else (MM/JL collision). In short, it was total bullsh*t crap fed to us by Dorna, who were caught pants down together with B-stone. But if that entertains you, then good for you.
A bit like these. ( all relative, of course..) Actually, next to the Hondas and Yams, everything else looks like a backyard job. Like Crazy Joe's Duke. Cable ties and duct tape...never leave home without it
Any pics of MM's front disc guards? Didn't see 'em on Dani's bike. And izzat a cable actuated clutch on CE's #5?
Yeah it was the left boot slider, picked it up off the track myself. It happened right in front of where I was watching the race
I was surprised when MM kept going after 10 laps :eek1 And I was even more surprised to see him black flagged :eek1 I thought he would get a slow ride through the pits as punishment, not a black flag.
I thought 'black flag' as soon as he didn't pull in to the pits. They mandated the 10-lap maximum for safety reasons, so beyond 10 laps he's putting himself and others at risk; not a minor thing IMO or in legalese. Dani's mistake was unsafe too but less controllable hence the smaller penalty (my observations only). We saw MM's tire after 11! :eek1
Eeerrrr. Plenty more, but I'm a bit worried you might do yourself some damage down there She's only 16, but man, can she ride! (Surprise! She's from Spain!)
Fair play to Ana she finished well at 19th. That poor bugger Cudlin, black flagged when he wasn't at fault, lucky he completed the race.
