Check out the radiator guard that Kildala (another inmate in vendors) has for sale. Looks good, fits good and priced right.

Im starting to look at headlights.
I really like this one, because i like the cyclops look but if that one light goes, you have no light. with this one atleast you have 2 more if one fails.

    OR.

i might want to put two 4" lights. But im not sure. what do you guys think?

If you put on a light like that it'll require cutting off the windscreen/headlight mount bracket. That means you can't go back if you don't like it, and unless you fab something up, you won't have a windscreen.

If that doesn't sound like something you want, you can always install an HID kit into the stock headlight housing. Some of them look pretty good; there's a thread about it floating around here somewhere.

Then i might just want to put two 4" lights, i can trim the windscreen to make them fit. and im pretty sure i can fab something up to mount them to the stock mount.

I was just out looking at my front breaklines and it looks like i only need to get 1 longer line, and thats the black line that goes though the fender that links the 2 calipers together. the there line, im thinking i can just mount it to the right side fork along with the ABS line. What do you guys think?

This is my 2second render, in Paint, of what i think would look cool and function well. I can fab up a bracket that would mount the the stock mounts, that would also allow me to adjust the lights too. all i would have to do is trim the windscreen. I think that's the easiest way to do it.

You might want to look into the Baja Designs 4" kit:
    https://www.bajadesigns.com/NET/C-176/FUEGO+4+INCH+RACELIGHTS

Or you can go dual 8": https://www.bajadesigns.com/NET/C-167/DUAL+8-INCH+RACELIGHTS

Hey Caesjeep. Looking forward to seeing your build. I'm in the OC as well with a F800 wouldn't mine checking your build out in person or at least go for the break in ride:freaky

Looks like you Altrider crash bars held up pretty good how well did they perform in the crash?(I got em too)

Had a very low speed tip over yesterday and I didnt get a scratch on the body work.

Yeah man i always say two heads are better than one. it would be cool to have someone else to tell me what they think of it in person, or if my ideas are retarded. Im always looking for people to ride with.

I think it would work fine but not look that nice. With the high fender I think it will look much better with two separate hoses.

Just installed the air vent panels. they look pretty killer.

There is this little tab that has to click upwards, but it wont go.

So i had to trim it alittle. i took about 1/8th off with a razor blade. clicked in fine after that.

It clips in at 4 locations and screws in at 1.

    They look GREAT!

After taking the crash bars, which was almost as hard as putting them on. Im not as happy with Altrider Products as they look.
