I have one, I know of at least one more person on ADV has one, I want to see if we have enough on here to constitute a thread about VFR's. Heres mine although not the most recent or the best pic of it.

Nice Red, White and Blue VFR

I bought a 99 VFR800 new and sold it a few years later to buy a GS. That VFR is at the top of the list of "bikes I should have kept".

I like mine, I was coersed into buying mine by another ADV rider and I am glad I listened. Mine is the 25th ann. edition.

I got a '99 Red, of course. Best bike ever built IMHO.

Further thoughts. I absolutely LOVE the hunting idle on the bike, and the whine on the gears. Is there a better exhaust sound than the V-4 climbing to redline? Oh, my doG.

Still got my '94 that I bought new. It's been to the tip of Newfoundland, Key West & Vancouver Island BC. Too many trips to Deals Gap to count.

Taken just north of Eureka California during a 1300 mile four day trip.

If I do ever get rid of it, I want to get a RWB VFR with 3 piece luggage. I go back and forth on that and a Ulysses.

I had a couple VFR's over the years, and several friends with them. Great "do everything" bikes.

Mine is a well-used '92 that I've owned since '94. It's been from Maine to Florida, but only as far west as Sturgis. Great bike :clap .

92 with 40k on it now. I'm planning on adding some bar risers, and a rear rack. I enjoy the hell out of it.

Trying to get it started now. Damn winter!
